The student suffered a fractured femur, bone deep bruising and blood clots after beaten repeatedly in the thigh by two fellow students, according to an arrest affidavit of Tallahassee police.

The victim, Bria Hunter, go to the hospital on November 7–a week after beating him and almost two weeks before the alleged hazing-related death of Robert Champion, 26-year-old drummer for legendary big marching band. School Board of Trustees voted last week to rebuke President behind the champion of death, and the Director of bands have been placed on administrative leave while the police investigate.

Incidents of hazing had attended the FAMU band over the years. In 2001, a student is paddling so badly he should be hospitalized for kidney failure, and only a few weeks before the champion of death, the band director Julian White suspended 26 members for hazing.

The three–Sean Hobson was 23 years old, 19-year-old Aaron Golson and 22-year-old James Harris–who ordered Monday. All three charged with hazing, a crime under the laws of Florida, while Hobson and Golson were charged with felony battery as well.
